George Peterkin of Mind Your Health Ltd is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Whilst working as a teacher for six years in two all-boys schools George noticed first-hand the number of incidents recorded with poor mental health in both staff and most importantly in the children has increased each year. George talks today with Jill Bennett about what he's done to help address these issues.
