Episode 47 with Jack Lovett and Tom Hamilton

Jack Lovett is a former competitive strongman who won Britain's Strongest Natural Man twice and competed in the finals of the World's Strongest Natural Man. He owns Spartan Performance in Consett, County Durham. Jack is a strength coach to various different athletes of various different levels.

Tom Hamilton is a former competitive bodybuilder and a competitive powerlifter. Tom has won the WDFPF Worlds in the 82.5kg class and has squatted 245kg raw without wraps, benched 152.5kg and deadlifted 272.5kg. Tom also runs a successful coaching business and designs and delivers courses for personal trainers.

Jack and Tom run a joint coaching venture named Domin8.
