Paul is a local hot sauce icon in Perth and has a wide range of hot sauces with different heat levels. We talk how he got started, produce, what goes in to his flavors, advice for those looking to start a hot sauce brand and some funny stories on peoples reactions to his Ruby Reaper (damn hot) Hot Sauce, which was named after his daughter.
