In this episode, we’re talking about the first book in the beloved Flavia de Luce mystery series, “The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie” by Alan Bradley, which was first published in 2009.

The drink we’ve chosen to pair with this episode is called a Cucumber Cooler cocktail, made with gin, cucumber, lime, tonic water, mint, and sugar. Since most of the action takes place in Flavia’s family’s cucumber patch, we thought it would be fitting to make use of them!
