Well, I believe that diversity and inclusion is important, first of all, because it is really, it's all of our earth and world. And that's really the way that it's supposed to be. And I think that we shortchange ourselves, even financially. I think that financial opportunities suffer because we are not willing to build teams according to talent all the time.
