Death is never an easy thing to deal with. But have we truly looked into ourselves whenever we have dealt with loss, and asked ourselves, have we made peace with OURSELVES, for how we feel about the person that passed, rather than have we made peace with them?
I talk about my own journey with my loss of my best friend and my grandfather, and how my therapist allowed me to see that i held on to my guilt and my shame, and this made my life significantly harder.
