We all have different terms, meanings, and ways that we see progress, but to me, this was one of the most eye opening things about my journey these past few months, one of the reasons I have stopped podcasting for a while, was due to the fact that I was trying to get to know myself, amidst all of the noise , all of the tragedy, and all of the hardships I am going through.

Progress will be different for everyone, and I am offering a different lens, a different look, or maybe even a familiar one!
