This week, Tiffany invites us into a little secret on how she has honed her skills in public speaking from a diverse, LGBTQ+ friendly community known as Tokyo Rainbow Toastmasters Club introduced by the wonderful guest, Mana Tanaka, from our podcast. Tiffany shares how she enjoys the structured meetings that are held twice a month with proficient speakers and leaders who offer constructive feedback in a supportful network. Later on, she recites her 7 minute Ice Breaker speech titled “A Journey Towards Acceptance and Love” where she introduces her transformation and experience as a transgender woman to the community.
Lastly, Tiffany encourages those of us who may want to improve on our speaking skills, be it professional or personal, to try to join this community and you may discover how to deliver your speeches in a loving and positive way.
