Meet Lisa Dempsey, a mom, grandmother, active caregiver, advocate and CEO whose mission is to inspire a sense of belonging and be a source of joy for people with disabilities. The Forgotten Wishes foundation is her family’s brainchild, focusing on creating community for and bringing awareness to an often forgotten and marginalized group of people. The Forgotten Wishes Foundation and the Forget Me Not Club organize community groups and remember individuals personally with birthday cards, holiday greetings, and small gifts they receive in the mail.
