The Bigger Picture

I think we are all sick about talking about the VIRUS. Yet, we are all fixated in the hysteria. Our focus on the hysterics is a great distraction from being called to the bigger moment, the lesson, or the new perspective. Oprah says, "crisis arrives because it has something to teach us." Yet, this teaching moment does not protect us from discomfort. In fact, it often increases it. The lesson may not always be what we want to learn, but allows us to become more resilient to our life experiences and that is the true gift. So this week let's open our eyes to what is around us, what we are experiencing, and what the true lesson is.
