Episode 21: Being a Daughter

Have you ever thought about the first assigned role you had in your life? The one that was given to you after birth.... you were either a daughter or a son. Often in our adulthood we forget about this first assignment and the crucial foundational components it created in our lives. In this episode I share my own reflections on being a daughter, what it's taught me, and how it is impacting my journey into a new role, motherhood. 

This episode invites you to also reflect on the teachings of your childhood and the roles that we often abandon as we step into being parents, busy jobs, or active communities. Our first roles in life provide so much insight on how we got to where we are today and even more insight on defining our identity for the future.
