I wanted to circle back to the roots of emotional process and provide you with more in depth understanding of not just what emotions we have but also how we actually process them. In this two part episode we look at the three basic emotions, mad, sad and scared. I give you an in depth understanding of all signs that may suggest that you are working on one or all three of these feelings.
