On your website, on your social media profiles. Even when you are just interacting with others in comments. It all matters.

What do you think? How many people have checked out your profile today? Did they found what they were searching for? Did they clearly understood what you do and for who?

This means that people have already decided on what you’re like before you’ve said anything before even you have talked.
