It’s time to get your MOJO back! Today we're diving deep into the topic of regaining confidence and showing up as the most confident version of ourselves. We all know that confidence plays a huge role in how we show up as leaders, and sometimes we just need a little boost to get back on track.

That’s why I’m thrilled to bring you a method developed by Jen Gottlieb. I had the privilege of receiving an early copy of her book, where she shares a four-step process that will help you practice and reinforce confident behavior.

It starts with sensing, where you become aware of your body and emotions in different situations. Then, you move on to experiencing, where you intentionally create moments of confidence and success in your mind. Next up is embodying, where you physically and mentally embody the confident version of yourself. And finally, we have navigating, where you apply these newfound confident behaviors in real-life situations.

So, to sum it all up, here are the key points I discuss in this episode:

  • The Be SEEN method was developed by Jen Gottlieb, and it involves stimulating one of the five senses to enter a powerful moment in the mind.
  • The four-step process of sensing, experiencing, embodying, and navigating to practice and reinforce confident behavior.

I encourage you to give these methods a try and see how they can positively impact your confidence and effectiveness. Trust me, you've got this!
