In honor of the annual ode to local eateries (Feb. 19-28), Branching Out welcomes Mark LaValle of Hatch Cafe & Market in Agoura Hills and Luis Sanchez of Mouthful Eatery in Thousand Oaks to dish about the ups and downs of owning a restaurant during the pandemic and how it's changed their outlook on life and the business. Plus, a visit from Adam Haverstock, head of governmental affairs for the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce and director of the Conejo Valley Tourism Improvement District, to explain how the community can take advantage of the 10-day promotion.
