BLM Banner Battle: Caught on Camera

After a local college student's Black Lives Matter banner was vandalized multiple times, he decided to install a remote camera to keep watch. What that camera captured has led to the arrest of three individuals on suspicion of vandalism, two of whom work for the County of Ventura, one in the jail system and the other in the district attorney's office.
