Adonis:

1.5oz Dry Sherry

1.5oz Sweet Vermouth

2 dash Orange Bitters

Stir for about 15 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Bamboo:

1.5oz Dry Sherry

1.5oz Dry Vermouth

2 dash Angostura Bitters

1 dash Orange Bitters

Stir for about 15 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
