14 - Hotel Nacionals and Cocktail Bruschetta with Ivan Serna

Hotel Nacional

1.5 oz Rum

.5 oz Apricot Liqueur

.5 oz Pineapple Gomme Syrup

1 oz Pineapple Juice

.75 oz Lime Juice

Combine all your ingredients in a shaker, shake for 10 seconds, and strain Into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist or a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
