If you know all too well what it’s like to be busy, stressed, and overwhelmed, I’m right there with you. Stress not only causes weight gain (especially belly fat, ugh!!), it keeps you holding on to extra body fat, along with a whole host of other health issues. 

Did you know that when you are sitting at your desk stressed about work, it sends the same signal to your body as if a tiger was chasing you? Stress and being overwhelmed can take a significant toll on your life, but this episode is all about how you DESERVE to rest, de-stress,  and the little things you can implement to make that happen. 

I’ll show you how to slay the stress tiger and feel confident and in control of your everyday life.



Host Bio:

My health journey began when my six-year-old son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Let me tell you, I was SCARED. So, I threw myself into studying and learning all about nutrition, and I made some big changes for the sake of my kids, my family, and myself. Then, in 2019 I was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer. To say that that was a HUGE wake-up call is an understatement. I realized my life was centered on caring for everyone else (my kids, family, clients, etc.) except myself. Stress, lack of self-care, and not listening to my body’s messages was literally making me sick and could have killed me.

I realized that if I didn’t take care of myself, how could I care for anyone else? You can’t pour from an empty cup. I am thrilled to say that today I am completely cancer-free, and my life is so much richer than I could ever have imagined. Not only do I have my health and energy back, but I also have more strength, joy, and confidence! 

I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Personal Trainer, and it’s my passion to share what I have learned with you so that you can create the badass, Boss Body and life you deserve.
