When I started this podcast, my goal was, and still is, to teach you how to be healthy, release extra weight, and feel good about yourself. And for you to be empowered to know you absolutely DO have the power to create the health and the life you want.
Waaaaay too many of us are not happy with ourselves or the way we look. And constantly feeling like we’re not enough – thin enough, pretty enough, successful enough….. We’re working SO hard, and yet, still feeling ashamed for what we see as our failures or shortcomings.
Being healthy is not just about your weight, what you eat, and the exercises you do. Overall health is a holistic combination of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components. It’s your stress level, career satisfaction, the quality of your relationships, and so much more.
In this episode, I’m teaching you about the Four Pillars of Health and why each one is so important for creating the balanced, healthy lifestyle you dream of.
