Episode Summary:
Last week we talked about treatments, prevention and all of the logistics of breast cancer. This week I’m diving in waaaaaaay deeper into my inner struggles and how I got through it. No matter what difficult situation you’re going through, I believe the lessons I learned can also help you get through difficult times
In this episode, I go in-depth about how, even when you can’t control the outcome, you can control how you cope and your own mental health. When you look within and change the perspective from “This is happening TO me,” to “This is happening FOR me,” you are able to look at your situation from an eternal perspective and learn to accept and receive.
I’ll touch on topics like:
“I believe that we’re all put on this earth for different purposes, and we’re here to learn lessons, and to teach lessons, and when we go through something, and we make a transformation, I think it’s so important to talk about it so that other’s can use that and apply it to their lives.”
