Episode Summary:

Studies show that holding on to old pain, anger, and resentment affects both your mental AND physical health.

A buildup of these negative emotions can cause stress, anxiety, and panic attacks and can negatively affect your heart and immune system.

Emotional pain also interferes with our ability to take positive action toward our goals. Which means it’s literally weighing us down!

In this episode, I’ll explain how forgiveness can free us from the past and help us release both emotional and physical weight.

Forgiveness DOES NOT mean you’re condoning a specific action. Or that what someone did to you was ok. Or that you have to keep subjecting yourself to more of the same.

It means that you take back your power by releasing yourself from the burden of anger. And you are no longer allowing the past to dictate how you feel in the present.

I’ll give you two action steps you can implement RIGHT NOW so you can step into joy and freedom.

This is a powerful one, my friend! You don’t want to miss it.
