Instead, we look at the whole big picture, and if the mountain looks too high and intimidating, we get “paralysis by overwhelm.” Or we go all in, take on too much at once, and can’t sustain it, so we give up.
That’s where goal setting comes in—creating specific, doable ACTION STEPS that lay out the path to your final destination. This is the key to building good habits that you can stay consistent with over time.
