Co-founders are the support system, which can make or break your startup. I have so many stories of how co-founders came together and filled in the gaps for each other and supported each other in the startup journey. But I also have a lot of stories where the co-founders were not compatible. Their personalities did not match each other. And just like a bad divorce, it ended up in disaster.
