He had been the President of International Pacific Seafoods, Inc. for 19 years from Sept 1999 to Sept 2018 – A Specialty Importer, Customer Processor, and Trader of premium quality chef ready frozen seafood foodservice and retail segments, primarily food service.

He is the Founder of a Business Development, Marketing, and Entrepreneurial Lifestyle and Business Advisory Mastermind Group called Thursday Night Boardroom. Over 800 members from 26 countries represent dozens of different industries.

An experienced leader, coach, and speaker, he is also the creator of multilayer strategic initiatives involving suppliers and customers in tandem that share a common language called ValYOU.
