About Maria Colleen

Maria Colleen Wietmarschen, Professional Speaker, Coach, Professional Author Assistant and Award-Winning Writer, has entrepreneurial blood running through her veins. Starting her first business in 1996, she’s seen it all; great times, not so great times, changing times, and more, but has prevailed through it all.

Colleen served as the Executive Director for the Cincinnati Chapter of the Public Speakers Association in 2015. She started the local chapter of the Ohio Valley Business Services Network in 1999, and she served as Co-Editor of IVAACast, a monthly industry e-zine for Virtual Assistants from 2010-2014. In 2016, Colleen provided copywriting for all email marketing campaigns for the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA).

Education/Experience

Before its disbandment, Colleen was a Member of Gateway Writers Club and attended meetings with other authors working on perfecting her writing and proofreading skills and critiquing other members’ compositions.
