Jerry Pinto is a poet, novelist, short story writer, translator and journalist based out of Mumbai. He is the recipient of the prestigious Sahitya Akademi Award in 2016 for his debut novel ‘Em and the Big Hoom.’ He was won the Best Book on Cinema Award at the 54th National Film Awards for his book ‘Helen: The Life and Time of an H-Bomb.’
