The Equality Factor

What does gender equality in relationships look like? Why do a lot of people accept traditional gender roles? What can we do to change this in our relationships? In this episode, I discuss all of this and give you a glimpse of my own relationship and how it started. We need to break this cycle of gender roles and learn how to be in more equal, and therefore, fulfilling relationships.
