About Miriam:
From the time I was a young adult, my life path has been an exploration of spirituality and consciousness. I have a BS in Psychology, studied pranayama with an advanced breath master for over 10 years and earned a teaching certification in hatha yoga. My current field of consciousness study since 2005 is a practice called Light Body, as taught by Duane Packer of Luminessence.
I began Miriam’s Meditations podcast as a way to offer an online versions of the breath and meditation classes that I had been teaching on Maui. Exploring these fields of inner being, consciousness and subtle energies and then translating my experiences into ordinary reality is my way to share and expand what it means to be human in these amazing times. I currently live in the eastern US.
