In this episode Brendan discusses how racism might just be a thing in the Police Service, how one Policing Crime Commissioner is looking to improve the Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic (BAME) representation in his police force, and how legitimacy through better representation of communities within the police service won’t happen until the recruitment process is overhauled as currently it discriminates against BAME candidates.
