Brendan also explains how having a structure for written and briefing exercises is essential.
Brendan formed Bluelight as he retired from the police a few years ago. Since then he has gone on to inspire over 4,000 to succeed through the police recruitment guidance delivered by Bluelight.
About 97% of those who attend Brendan’s Police Assessment Centre Seminars, online courses or 1-2-1 coaching have gone on to pass.
