40% of all future Police Recruits will be from a Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic background!

This week the Metropolitan Police introduced a target for police recruitment in the future where 40% of all recruits will come from a Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic background. In addition, they will have to be residents of London.
