Ever wondered why you're feeling out of sync despite checking off all the right boxes in life? In today's episode, I am going to give you a tool that you can use the next time you have a little time and space for yourself.
You can make use of this tool to give yourself an assessment of where your balance is right now. And what happens once you do this assessment, it becomes the roadmap for where there might be a gap between what you want your life to look like and what it looks like right now.
And one thing to keep in mind when using this tool, no matter how you want to rate yourself during this assessment, you do not want to go for perfection. You got to give yourself a speed limit because we are never going for a hundred percent, because that is some cheeky capitalist, make-believe world that says that we can have all 10s all the time. That's not real.
Life is not a test.
Life is an experience.
Because we want to live an intentional life, so we're using a conscious approach to how we spend our time, our energy and our resources, which ultimately leads to a more satisfied life, a more fulfilled life.
