Big conversations in our culture these days is around the topic of positivity. It also comes up all the time with my clients. When we can differentiate consciously and intentionally between an awareness of the thoughts that we're choosing versus being positive. Then we’ll be better able to distinguish those as two different things and get a lot more comfortable practicing thought awareness.
When we’re able to see our thoughts for what they are, instead of just trying to be positive, it can create relaxation and gives us more freedom to choose the way that we're thinking, feeling and acting.
