We know that in order to stay physically balanced, we need sleep, water, nutrients for our body. It ensures our survival. But what we really don't learn are the fundamental ways we can make our brain thrive every day.
95 percent of the work the brain does is subconscious. Automatic. Efficient. What's happening, though, is that our brain is repeating thoughts and ideas over and over. Sometimes it's helpful … but often it is not. We don't stop to see which of these thoughts running through our mind are true and which we're making up. So, the way to bloom our minds is to watch what it's doing.
