How lucky I am to have Sharlene on the podcast today - my blogging mentor from way back in the day!

Sharlene Earnshaw is the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Trekaroo, and the owner of California Travel Life.

Sharlene hired me to work at Trekaroo many years ago, and I stayed there for a year, learning so much from her and the team there.

Sharlene still hires writers regularly -and lots of them- so I asked her to share some of those experiences with us.
