When I interview someone, I will ask them two questions:

1.  Why do you believe in God/Jesus?

2.  Why is it important to share your testimony?

1 Peter 3:15 reminds us to always be prepared to make a defense to anyone who ask you for a reason for the hope in you. In other words, why do you have faith in Christ? Therefore, I believe it will be a blessing if we had a repository of reasons to believe in Christ and share our testimony. This segment we hear from Tim Perko, a solider in the US.
