In our Community: Blessd Momma Bosses we had a special participant ask how to do self care, she is older and said she never heard this term “Self Care” until lately and was not sure how to define it or what it meant for her….
What would be your answer if someone asked you what is self care and how do I do it?
Now how that looks is different for everyone so today we will talk through that and lets talk about if it is selfish or not first.
Why is self care not selfish? First be honest do you feel it is?

Also allows you to serve better once your cup is full, cant pour from an empty cup right!

Time alone
Journaling setting up timers to do that
Morning Routine
Exercise
Mediation or listning to music
Reading a book that brings you joy
Stretch or pilates or yoga class
massage/acupuncture/facial /pediucre
Sitting outside in sun, by beach or pool
Making a healthy meal
Girls night
Laughing
take a bath

Those are self care
Then put in order of what can be done weekly, daily, monthly due to price/tiime/etc.
Now put those on calendar

Morning Devotion/prayer/gratitudes

Reading fiction book
Walking on beach
Stretch/yoga class
Massage
Pedicure
Green Smoothies
Journaling
Exercise
Now how do I put those in order?
Green Smoothies -daily
Exercise -daily Morning Devotion/prayer/gratitudes-Daily
Bath-almost every night
Reading fiction book -2 times a week
Journaling -daily or at least 3 times a week
Walking on beach -1 time a week
Stretch/yoga class -1 time a week hour long
Massage -weekly
Pedicure -every 2 weeks
