Look at the company , are their current new winners in the company? Not just those who started in beginning? What is the average time it takes them to get to the “sweet spot.”

Compensation plan is also part of this. How do you earn money? Are there multiple ways? Do you have to even out a leg and keep it balanced?

Dig a bit deeper: What fees/costs/inventory will you have to spend on? How does that compare to the money you make?
