1. Listen without immediately responding
2. Validate their feelings
3. Give them situations to fail or succeed either way TRUST them (rather them fail under our roof)
4. Be open in dialogue not a dictator
thing are different be open to hear ideas then make decision
5. Give praise
6. Control your emotions- it is not about you!
7. Do things together-scheduled planned
8. Share meals together
9. Pay attention
10. Set up a bible studies/devotion time, show them where to go when they feel alone, to God.
