7:30 I have an interest, you have an interest we are meeting. It's just like in real life, right? So I want you to think about it that way. Also, what we're going to share with you is something that you can do inside your own group. Do you have a customer group? Do you have a VIP group where you are sharing different things and this will actually grow your leads and you don't have to wait for people to constantly come to you. You can grow your market. You can grow your warm market. Through these Facebook groups. You can have people invite people in by doing a lot of different strategies. You can reach out and you can expand your reach and you can do it right now during this holiday season, you can do it at the new year.
10:52 One thing too, is to make sure that it's authentically you, as I'm listening to Blair talk about this. I'm like, yes, this is so true. And make sure it's something easy that comes very natural for you to talk about. Also make sure that it's something that you genuinely enjoy because the worst thing is to go into a group with the quote mentality that you're trying to recruit and trying to get customers, and you're showing up being someone that's not authentically you. So make sure when you're choosing these groups, like Blair is guiding you through that. You are, that you are genuinely interested in the people hanging out in there. And you're genuinely interested in the topic because if you are not, this method is not going to work.
12:30 And so you want to be one of their top fans because if they're actively running that group, they're going to be more likely to say yes, when you try to post things inside of that group, they're going to be more likely to approve your posts because you've been communicating with people. You've been part of the community. You are not just a taker and they can see that. So, and Facebook can see that as well, guys, and it will help your algorithms so much. Okay. So the next thing is, all right, now you've found your groups and also, you know, we have an in-depth training on this and we're going to share it with you guys. But one of the things we do share in there is how to know when things are not the right group for you. So when you get that training, if you decide to go through this training and you really want to learn how Kelly and I consistently bring in one to five new customers a week and have been for Kelly for way longer than me, but for me since March, you know, right.
14:43 So C stands for compliment, compliment or find a connection. Now, if you're in a group with somebody, it's really to find a connection with them, you're you already know that you guys met each other inside of that group. And we even share the wording of what we both say. We'll meet, connect or compliment with somebody inside of a Facebook group inside of our training. But for today to keep this short and sweet, we basically just compliment and find a connection with them. And then the next step is to ask a question. The age out of cap is asked a question. Once you've asked a question, now they're going to respond back. It's not a yes or no question. It's an open-ended question that will ignite a conversation. And in that conversation, you're going to go from compliment, which is this seat and find a connection to a, ask the question then to P what is their pain point and how can my product service or opportunity solve their problem.
