So we are approaching that time of year when there will be a break from schools and typically work schedules. This is such a great opportunity to reset yourself, your home life, and your kids.
If we're all being honest, when life gets really busy we tend to get ourselves into habits that we don't necessarily love. For example, if you have kids, allow your children to be on phones more than you would like, or even maybe you started the school year with a certain bedtime, but as life gets busy you have allowed this bedtime to become more of a gray area.
This is such a great opportunity to reset some of those boundaries and some of those habits. Also maybe your children or yourself have picked up habits that you didn't have a few months ago and you want to reset those things.
