Hey there momma, today we are talking about When to stay and when to go, … yes this is a big topic. If someone stays with a company for 20 years and had 30 % growth each year they’d earn $1.1 mil per month by year 20.If every 5 years, they left for a new
Company with 30% growth a year and took 30% of their team each move - (though stats show most lose 90% of their team) they would make $78,000 per month by year 20.Here are Eric Worre Top 6 tips:
1. If your company has people winning still then why would you leave? Take personal responsibility for not having that growth right now.2. Is the product working?3. Control of company, has that changed. DO you feel your morals/ethics aligns with company?4. Residual ….is it residual5. Is there a point where you can sit back and collect income if you chose to?
Look at the growth from customer sales being at the forefront. That is your long term residual.  Be weary if you are being asked to “buy” into a rank or “buy” something to get you extra volume.6. Will they expand?                                                                                                                                                    Wanna work together!?
