We are going to share some things we have done to help the environment for quality time which then leads to…..more fun and spice in the marriage. Why? Because if you feel connected, heard, valued, and loved and your spouse does too then you will have better intimacy and more fun together.

10- Go to bed most nights of the week (at least 4) at the same time
9- Reading a book together, even if you dont read at same time you are both reading in same month, keeps conversations on more then work, family…..
8-Praying together or if you dont pray say what you are grateful for the day
7- Run errands together and keep phones away
6-Sending each other messages during day…not expecting answer. so Just to let other know you are thinking of them
5-Calendar Planning (essential for being on same page)
4-Choosing what night during week is work free (we both work for ourselves so no turn off button)
3-Scheduled Date Night or time together
