1. How to pivot and why: Stop and reflect on what is working and what is not.
What are you getting the most likes/interactions/polls answered about? What are people asking you about the most?

For BMB For example we had many asking and answering polls about business but not as much about faith, family, or even social media anymore.
So that is when you pivot. What does your audience want more of?
 

1. How do make a plan
2. STOP and write down 10 things you see in 20 years for your business, family, and life.
3. Where will you be? How much will you be making? What does freedom look like? What will your business look like? What will your family life look like? What will your bank account look like?

Then do same thing for 10 years down road
Then do for 5 years
Then do for 2 years
Now you can see what do I need to do this next year to achieve that goal in 2 years and 5 years and 10 and 20 years?
3.Then make actionable steps to get there.
How to implement.
How can what I do this next year help my 2, 5, 10 , and 20 year goal? What do I need to do more of ? Less of? what do I need to learn and do?
