Black college athletes NIL deals are being threated to be eliminated or diminished by the latest goverment bill called The PASS Act, which was written in October 2023 by Democrat Senator Joe Manchin and Republican SenatorTommy Tuberville.
The Bill wpould make it illegal for states to pass laws that would permit college athletes to share revenue with schools and athletic conferences that generate billions of dollars from sports like football and basketball.
