We talked with Laurynn “Iron Butterfly” Garcia this week, who is just coming off a win via TKO at Epic 48. Laurynn is a brown belt training out of Excel Jiu Jitsu in Oceanside, and she is also a coach! We are fortunate to get Laurynn’s perspective on training for jiu jitsu and MMA and talk about what is involved with getting ready for competition and fighting. We hope you enjoy the talk!
