We're here at Sundance 2021 (virtually) joined by our honorary Bitch and Sundance Partner-In-Crime John Wildman of FilmsGoneWild.com.
In this episode, we're joined with the cast and crew from the films The Blazing World, Strawberry Mansion, and We're All Going to the World's Fair, all thriller/sci-fi films that will leave you debating the difference between dreams and reality.
In The Blazing World, we speak with director Carlson Young and star Vinessa Shaw about the the connection between dreams and trauma.
The guys from Strawberry Mansion , Kentucker Audley and Albert Birney talk about the 10 year process to create this future forward drama that examines taxing people's dreams that contain advertisements (sound familiar?)
Jane Schoenbrun and Anna Cobb from We're All Going to the World's Fair share their director/actor dynamic and the trust it took to accomplish Anna's powerful big screen debut.
The best thing about being part of Sundance is watching exciting fresh faces both in front of the camera, and behind the scenes, and getting to dive into these crazy films where reality becomes dreams, and dreams involve fried chicken. Support indie filmmaking!
