In honor of the theatrical release of Marvelous and the Black Hole on April 22, 2022, we're flashing back to Sundance 2021 in partnership with honorary Bitch and Sundance partner-in-crime John Wildman ofFilmsGoneWild.com.
In Marvelous and the Black Hole, we meet a troubled teen who befriends a surly magician who helps her deal with life's problems with the sleight hand of magic. We had a great time in this conversation with director Kate Tsang, and the stars Miya Cech, and the one and only Rhea Perlman. We discuss the Bay vibes throughout the film, channeling your inner badass, how to become a magician, and the significance of stealing toilet paper.
This is a wonderful film that represents the Bay so beautifully! Support independent filmmakers and get your tickets for their theatrical release on April 22nd here
