Regardless of how the relationship ended, in most cases, even if the relationship was going badly for years, there will come a point where you miss that person. You might just miss having a person but missing feels, well, incomplete…and lonely.
In this episode of Bitch, breathe! I share with you some of my tried (countless times) and true (all the time) methods, I came across or developed further to maybe not stop all the missing, but to shape it into something that feels manageable and, most importantly, temporary.
